1)Shippng Costs and Delivery Time

    Product prices listed on the website do not include shipping fees. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the package dimensions (length × width × height) and actual weight of the product you ordered.
(Pay attention: Shipping costs in certain countries may be significantly higher than in others. International shipping rates are calculated not only by actual weight but also by the dimensional weight of the package. In general, larger package dimensions result in higher chargeable weight and therefore higher shipping fees. Additionally, shipping rate standards may vary substantially between different countries and postal code regions.)

*Note1* Shipping fees are calculated strictly according to the carrier’s official international rate on the day your goods arrive at the dispatch warehouse. Under normal circumstances, the carrier’s shipping rate remains relatively stable for 7–15 days. However, if the customer delays payment for an extended period after receiving the shipping invoice (e.g., more than 30 days or even 60 days), the carrier may adjust its pricing based on changes in the international shipping market. If the updated rate is higher, any additional cost resulting from the delayed payment will be borne by the customer.Of course, customers may also choose to wait for the carrier’s international shipping rate to decrease before proceeding with shipment.

*Note2* If you want to know the shipping cost of the product in advance, you can contact TopGkStore’s professional assistant to estimate the shipping cost for you, but this is only for reference and is subject to the actual shipping cost of the final logistics provider.

When the products you ordered arrive at the warehouse, we will provide you with quotes for multiple shipping methods based on your address and the size of the product box. The final shipping method depends on your choice! Usually we provide the following multiple shipping methods for collectors in most parts of the world to choose from:

• Express Shipping

1. Shipping method: UPS/DHL/FedeX/EMS/SF Express (delivered within 6-10 days)
   Features: It can be delivered to any address in the world. It is the fastest and most expensive delivery method. Customers need to clear customs and pay taxes by themselves. It is suitable for customers who need to receive goods quickly and are able to handle customs clearance and tax payment independently.

   Important Notice: For express shipping, customs clearance and tax payment are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs usually notify via email or SMS once the package arrives. If the recipient fails to handle clearance or pay taxes in time, resulting in the package being destroyed or returned, the recipient will bear the consequences, including possible return shipping fees and re-delivery costs.

• Special Line Shipping

1. Shipping method: By Air + UPS/DHL/FedeX/DPD (delivered within 10-15 days)
   Features: It can be provided in some countries and regions. It has a faster speed and higher freight. It is tax-free. It is suitable for customers who need to receive goods quickly and have a limited shipping budget.
2. Shipping method: By Sea + UPS/DHL/FedeX/DPD (delivered within 30-60 days)
   Features: It can be provided in some countries and regions. It has a slower speed and lower freight. It is tax-free. It is suitable for customers with very limited budgets and are not in a hurry to receive goods.
3. Shipping method: By Train + UPS/DHL/FedeX/DPD (delivered within 30-50 days)
   Features: Available to some European countries, slower speed, lower shipping cost, tax-free, suitable for customers with limited budget and not in a hurry to receive the goods.
4. Shipping method: By Land + Local express (delivered within 15-25 days)
   Features: Available to some Southeast Asian countries, slower speed, lower shipping cost, tax-free, suitable for customers with limited shipping budget.
5. Other Shipping method: such as By CDEK (Features: Available to some European and CIS countries. It offers moderate speed and stable delivery services with relatively lower shipping costs. It is tax-free in most regions.)

We have reached cooperative relationships with almost all logistics companies in the world and have obtained almost the lowest freight prices for our customers! So no matter which country you live in, you are welcome to place an order with us.

*Note* If you are from countries and regions such as South America, Latin America, the Middle East or Africa, please ensure that you have experience in importing goods and can complete the customs clearance and duty payment process.

* Note* The estimated delivery time is for reference only. The actual delivery time may be delayed due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, customs inspection, local policies or logistics peak season. Please understand. We cannot request compensation from the carrier company for delivery delays caused by the above force majeure events.

 2)Shipping process

• Send shipping bill:  Once the products you ordered arrive at the warehouse, our professional assistants will contact you via Whatsapp or email to take photos of the products and create a shipping bill and send it to you.
• Select the shipping method:  After receiving th shipping bill, check the delivery information and inform the assistant of your chosen shipping method and quotation.
• Pay the shipping fee:The assistant will immediately initiate payment to you via email after receiving the shipping method you selected.
• Tracking order:  After completing the shipping payment, we will arrange shipment for you immediately; you will receive an email containing the tracking number within 1-3 days. With this tracking number, you can check the latest delivery information on the courier company’s website.

3)Shipping insurance

    Resin statues are special fragile items, and scratches, degumming, and minor damage to the paint are normal phenomena. We will help you apply for free after-sales accessories from the studio, but the studio will not bear the international shipping costs and the customer must pay for them. If the studio is unable to provide after-sales accessories, minor damage will need to be repaired by yourself. For serious damage, we will help you appeal to the logistics provider according to the free insurance policy! All insurance compensation requires the consignee to provide a complete video recording of the entire unpacking and inspection of product details, otherwise the logistics provider will refuse compensation!

4) Duty/GST/VAT

In some cases, countries may impose certain duties, fees or taxes on goods passing through their borders. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for this and TopGkStore will not be responsible for all border related fees, charges or taxes.

*Note* : If your country supports the shipping method by sea, the products you ordered will include tax, or you Only pay very little tax.
