What is GK Statue?

GK is the abbreviation of Garage Kits/ガレージキット usually means the original figures made by the designer. The main material is the resin which material can perfectly present the details. So statues made with this material have become the player’s preference.

Action Figure
Action Figures are articulated collectible toys with multiple movable joints, allowing them to be posed in dynamic action stances. They are usually made of plastic and are inspired by popular characters from anime, movies, and video games. They combine both playability and display value.

Licensed Statue
Licensed Statues are officially authorized resin or polystone sculptures that faithfully recreate characters from well-known franchises. These statues are meticulously sculpted and painted, offering high collectible and investment value.

Original PVC
Original PVC figures are designed and produced independently by artists or original studios. Made of PVC material, these figures often feature unique creative styles and are produced in smaller quantities, appealing to collectors who appreciate original designs.

Licensed PVC
Licensed PVC figures are mass-produced PVC collectibles officially licensed by the original IP holders. Manufactured by established brands, they feature fine craftsmanship and accurate details while remaining affordable, making them a popular choice for beginners and fans alike.

3D Decorative Paint
3D Decorative Paint refers to wall art created using relief techniques and layered coloring to achieve a realistic three-dimensional visual effect. These pieces are ideal for home or gallery decoration.

Sex Doll

Status of Products

Understanding the status of products on our website can help you make informed purchasing decisions. Here’s a quick overview of the status of our products :

Early Bird

Early Bird: This is a special status for new product and we are offering the opportunity to grab it before the full information is released by the official studio. As a reward for ordering in the early bird stage, the website usually sets a lower deposit price so that collectors can snap up a limited number of places, and the full payment is usually TBD (to be decided); wait until the studio officially announces complete product information The website will be updated later.

Pre-order

Pre-order: refers to the stage of a product that is publicly available for pre-order. This means you can place an order before the product is officially released and ensure you receive it as soon as it becomes available.

Pre-order Closed

Pre-order Closed: After the pre-order period ends, the product moves to this state.
- Orderable: The product can still be ordered, but it may not be available for immediate shipping.
- Contact for current price: Prices can fluctuate based on demand and supply; please reach out to us to get the latest pricing information.
- Out of Stock: The product is currently not available, but you can sign up to be notified when it’s back in stock.

Released

Released: The product has officially been launched and is now available for purchase.
- In Stock: Our warehouse is stocked, and these products are ready to ship.
- Contact for current price: For the most accurate pricing, please contact us as market conditions may affect prices.
- Out of Stock: Occasionally, popular items sell out, but you can place a backorder to secure your item on the next shipment.

Abandon Production

Abandon Production: These products are no longer being made.

About Dates and Timeline

Early Bird Phase

The Early Bird Phase is the initial promotional period where select distributors are granted exclusive sales rights. During this time, product data and pricing information may not be fully disclosed. This phase typically lasts 7 to 15 days.

Pre-order Opening & Closing Dates

Pre-order Opening Date: This is when the Manufacturer officially announces the start of pre-orders to all distributors and provides detailed product information and full pricing details.

Pre-order Closing Date: This is when the Manufacturer officially closes the pre-order period for all distributors.
Pre-order phases typically have two conditions:
Limited Time: Usually lasts 7 to 90 days, after which pre-orders are closed.
Limited Quantity: The pre-order may close when the allocated slots are sold out. If the quantity isn’t reached, the pre-order could continue for an extended period.

Release Date & Shipping Date

Release Date: The Manufacturer informs distributors that the product is ready, and the distributors are instructed to collect the remaining payments from customers. The production cycle typically takes 1-3 months, depending on the manufacturer’s production schedule, and could be longer in some cases.

Shipping Date: This is when the product arrives at our warehouse, and we notify the customer that the product is ready to ship after payment of the shipping costs. Typically, it takes 2 weeks from the Manufacturer’s notification to the product’s arrival at our warehouse. However, delays in manufacturing, such as rework or packaging material delays, may result in the shipping date being pushed back. Usually, it takes 7 to 15 days for shipping preparation, although occasionally it may take longer.

Delivery Time

The delivery time is the period from when the product is shipped until it reaches the customer. The exact delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen by the customer. Typically, the delivery time is 7 to 60 days, starting from the shipping date.

Conclusion

Important Notice: For Express Shipping, customs clearance and tax payment are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs usually notify via email or SMS once the package arrives. If the recipient fails to handle clearance or pay taxes in time, resulting in the package being destroyed or returned, the recipient will bear the consequences, including possible return shipping fees and re-delivery costs.

Ordering Steps (Early Bird/Pre-Order)

Browse your favorite products.
Select “Deposit” or ” Full Payment”.
Enter the checkout process
Fill in your delivery address and contact number correctly
Choose Paypal or credit card payment to complete the order
When the product is ready to be shipped, we will contact you and take a photo to confirm with you, and provide you with an invoice for the final payment and freight (if applicable).
Complete the payment after receiving the invoice for the balance payment and freight. Then just wait for the product to arrive

Ordering steps (Pre-order Closed/Released)

Choose Paypal or credit card payment to complete the order
When the product is ready to be shipped, we will contact you and take a photo to confirm with you, and provide you with an invoice for the freight to pay
Complete the payment after receiving the freight invoice. Then just wait for the product to arrive

When you look at pre-order statues posted on our website, you will always see the options “Deposit” and “Full Payment”.

Paid “Deposit” means you ensure that one of the products will be yours when completed at the lowest possible price. We will let you know via whatsapp and email when the Limited product is nearing completion and you will then receive an invoice for the final payment (full payment – deposit).

*Note* The deposit is also part of the payment during production, no matter you pay the rest or not, the studio will make the statue for you, so the deposit is generally non-refundable.

Deposits are refundable under certain circumstances:

Pre-order quantities that do not meet the minimum production quantity, in which case we will email you a full refund.
Studios take money and disappear, unfortunately for some new studios this rarely happens. But in this case, we will compensate your loss and give you a full refund.

“Full payment” means you pay the statue at full price, i.e. skip paying the rest of the payment process. But when you pay the full amount and later decide not to buy the statue, only the remaining amount (full payment – deposit) will be refunded.

Full payment is fully refundable under certain circumstances:Pre-order quantities that do not meet the minimum production quantity, in which case we will email you a full refund.
Studios take money and disappear, unfortunately for some new studios this rarely happens. But in this case, we will compensate your loss and give you a full refund.

★★★TIPS★★★

Full Payment (Super Sale)：For some rare statues, it is almost impossible to order again. Clients will commission us to find a stock of these statues (usually products from other collectors that have been displayed but are not damaged);
We will inform customers of the status of the product and provide customers with quotes from the secondary market. Everything depends on the customer’s choice. After the product arrives at the warehouse, we will check it for the customer and take photos for confirmation before sending it out!

When you pre-order a statue, all you have to do now is wait for it to be produced and receive a shipping invoice later. After this, you will be given a tracking number and wait for the statue to come to your home.

Why do freight charges have to be paid later?

The prices of products on the website do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be assessed based on the box size and weight of the product you order. When your order is placed, the product has not yet arrived at our warehouse, so we are unable to provide you with an accurate shipping cost. But don’t worry, I will give you a preliminary estimate of the shipping cost, but it is just a more or less estimate; finally, we will provide you with quotes for multiple shipping methods (including air/land/sea) for you to choose from.

★Special instructions for final payment and freight:

The final payment（Balance） for all products will be collected and submitted by OrzGK on behalf of the studio, and the studio will confirm the validity of the order based on whether the balance payment is made up;
After receiving the notice from the studio to pay the final payment, OrzGK’s assistant will immediately contact the customer through various methods such as WhatsApp or email and remind the customer at least three times within 30 days;
If the customer refuses to reply to any message within 30 days, we will regard it as losing contact. OrzGK will retain the right to dispose of this pre-order and will not be able to refund the deposit that has been submitted to the studio!

The freight for all products is paid by OrzGK to the logistics provider on behalf of the customer. Only after the customer selects the transportation channel and pays the freight, can we arrange the corresponding logistics provider for transportation;
After the product arrives at the warehouse, the OrzGK assistant will immediately provide the shipping bill to the customer via WhatsApp or email and remind the customer at least three times within 30 days. The customer should negotiate with the OrzGK assistant about the transportation method and time;
If the customer refuses to reply to any message within 30 days and does not clearly inform OrzGK whether the shipment needs to be delayed, we will regard it as losing contact. OrzGK will retain the right to dispose of this pre-order and will not be able to refund the deposit and balance payment that have been submitted to the studio!

Special instructions for the statue

Statues made of resin and polystone are inherently fragile works of art. Each statue will be custom packaged by the studio before shipment and reinforced by the OrzGK team after arriving at our warehouse to ensure safety as much as possible. However, uncontrollable factors during transportation may still cause minor damage, such as small breaks, fine fractures or surface scratches.
Therefore, we recommend that you consider carefully before placing an order. If you cannot tolerate any potential minor flaws or shipping damage, please order with caution. Of course, if you find problems with the statue after you receive it, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and provide photos and descriptions. We will contact the studio and will do everything possible to obtain replacement parts (of course, this depends on the studio).

If we are able to assist you in obtaining replacement parts from the studio, we will contact you to confirm whether you would like us to proceed with the reshipment or choose an alternative solution.

***Please note that after-sales parts for limited edition products are extremely limited. We will do our best to help you secure the parts and will cover the shipping cost from the studio to our warehouse. However, the collector will be generally responsible for the international shipping cost of the replacement parts***
