Product Overview

The Kotobukiya MEGALOMARIA UNLIMITED UNIVERSE EMULATOR #3 is a licensed plastic model kit featuring an updated female-body-style design with extensive articulation and a wide range of customization possibilities.

Measuring approximately 160 mm in height and designed in a non-scale format, EMULATOR #3 introduces newly developed Naked Face Parts based on Ritsuka Saeki, along with updated Expansion Skin Parts that make it easier to combine female-body-style Anothers with models featuring non-mechanical bodies.

The kit retains approximately 50 points of articulation throughout the body, supporting a wide variety of dynamic and natural poses. It also includes seven types of interchangeable hands and an original-color Virtuous Style02 Sword Set B, including a rapier and an ancient Chinese sword.

Design Highlights

1. New Naked Face Parts

EMULATOR #3 includes two types of pre-painted Naked Face Parts based on Ritsuka Saeki, with the original facial design drawn by Kodama.

The face parts use tampography, while the eyes use UV printing, allowing a detailed facial finish to be achieved through assembly. The movable eyes can also be adjusted using the included tool, giving collectors the ability to change the direction of the character’s gaze.

2. New Expansion Skin Parts

The kit features updated Expansion Skin Parts, developed to make female-body-style Anothers easier to combine with models featuring non-mechanical bodies.

Using Principal as the base kit, more than 50% of the model has been converted to skin parts, including joints and exterior components. Skin Color A is used for broader compatibility with currently available characters.

3. Ritsuka Saeki Ponytail

The ponytail is based on the hairstyle from Sousai Shojo Teien Ritsuka Saeki.

Its hair color uses the same sheer milk tea color as the Emulator, Wolf, and Rui Saotome [Touou High School Tracksuit] Dreaming Style Midnight Onyx designs.

4. Approximately 50 Points of Articulation

Despite its updated appearance, EMULATOR #3 retains approximately 50 points of articulation.

The knee joints use a single-layer structure and can bend inward sufficiently to create seated poses with one knee raised. The knee armor can move independently for additional positioning options.

The multi-jointed shoulders can move forward to recreate crossed-arm poses, while their broad range of movement supports dynamic full-body action poses and two-handed sword stances.

5. Flexible Torso and Neck Movement

The torso provides a wide range of movement, including poses where the model is lying down.

The neck can move in multiple directions, allowing the head to face away from the body. Deeply bending elbows also make expressive poses such as placing a hand against the cheek possible.

6. Independent Hip Movement

The left and right hip joints can move independently in four directions, supporting stretching, split and other flexible poses.

The extensive articulation allows for a wide range of display positions, from high kicks to compact seated poses.

7. Seven Types of Hands

The kit includes seven types of interchangeable hand parts, including hands designed for holding swords, hands for holding guns, clenched fists and multiple open-hand configurations.

8. Head and Face Compatibility

The Naked Face is compatible with masks from female-body-style Anothers and face parts from Sousai Shojo Teien.

The bangs can also be combined with visor parts from female Anothers and bangs from Sousai Shojo Teien models, allowing collectors to explore combinations between non-mechanical and mecha designs.

The neck ball joint has a 5 mm diameter for compatibility with other series, while a 6 mm ball joint can be used for combinations with Megami Device head parts.

9. Original Sword Set

An original-color Virtuous Style02 Sword Set B is included as the weapon equipment.

The kit provides both a rapier with scabbard and an ancient Chinese sword with scabbard, offering additional weapon display options.
