🐯 HESS Studio – Onmyō Taisenki Byakko no Kogenta Nostalgic Series Vol. 1 Resin Statue

The legendary White Tiger returns! Relive the spirit of a classic anime through a dynamic collectible dedicated to Kogenta.

Step back into the world of Onmyō Taisenki with HESS Studio’s Byakko no Kogenta Resin Statue, the first release in the studio’s Nostalgic Series. Supervised and produced by Night Wings Studio, this collectible brings the iconic White Tiger Shikigami back in a detailed three-dimensional form. For longtime fans, it offers a chance to revisit a memorable character whose fearless attitude and striking design helped define the series.

Kogenta is captured in a combat-ready stance, leaning forward with one clawed arm extended and the other held close to his chest. His posture conveys the energy of a Shikigami preparing to strike. Meanwhile, the themed display base combines rocky terrain, swirling effects, and recognizable Onmyō Taisenki imagery to create a nostalgic centerpiece for anime statue collectors.

⚡ A Dynamic Combat Stance Full of Character

Kogenta’s low stance and forward-leaning posture give the statue an immediate sense of motion. His right arm reaches outward with claws ready, while his left arm stays close to his body in a guarded position. This balanced composition captures the alertness and fighting spirit of the White Tiger.

His signature blue-and-white spiky hair creates a bold silhouette. The white tiger markings across his face and his vivid red eyes further emphasize his wild, confident personality. At the same time, his expression retains the spirited, slightly proud attitude that fans associate with Kogenta.

Rather than relying on an oversized pose alone, the sculpt uses the character’s forward movement and extended claws to create a sense of impending action. As a result, Kogenta feels ready to spring into battle from his display base.

🔴 Signature Tenryū Attire and Intricate Details

Kogenta wears his recognizable red-orange training trousers, paired with a thick white braided rope belt inspired by traditional Japanese styling. The strong color contrast makes his outfit stand out against the cooler tones of his armor and the effects surrounding the base.

Silver-gray and dark-blue armor details appear around his shoulders, neck, and ankles. Purple ornaments on his cheeks and chest add further visual contrast, while the raised white tiger tail features its characteristic black markings and a small golden bell at the tip.

These elements help preserve the character’s distinctive design. From the layered armor to the braided waist detail, the sculpt combines recognizable anime features with the dimensional texture expected from a collectible statue.

☯️ An Atmospheric Base Inspired by Onmyō Taisenki

Kogenta stands on a circular base designed around dark gray rock formations and ruined terrain. Around the character, translucent effects evoke swirling white ink-like smoke and flowing Taiji-inspired energy. The layered composition suggests the dramatic arrival of a Shikigami into the human world.

At the front, the base features prominent red Onmyō Taisenki lettering. A small platform decorated with handwritten-style summoning symbols sits beneath the main display, adding another reference to the series’ summoning and contract themes.

Together, the rocky base, atmospheric effects, and title lettering connect the character to the world of Onmyō Taisenki. This design gives the statue a stronger sense of place while making it visually appealing from multiple viewing angles.
