👤 Character Background

Cooper Howard, better known as The Ghoul, is one of the central characters of the Fallout and exists within the larger Fallout universe.

Before the Great War, Cooper Howard was a successful Hollywood actor and celebrity. Despite his scarred appearance, he remains a deadly survivor, combining expert marksmanship, combat experience, and relentless determination to navigate the dangers of the wasteland.

His tragic backstory, moral complexity, and gunslinger persona have made him one of the most compelling characters in modern Fallout lore.
